Gertie & Jeremy are two love birds who met on the campus of Louisiana Tech University. Their love story is one of passion and the very definition of two people being best friends. Gertie is a teacher and Jeremy is pursuing his Architectural license. The couple committed to each other despite Gertie living and working in Monroe, La while Jeremy built a career in Dallas.

In May of 2019, family and many familiar faces from LaTech gathered at the Ashton Gardens venue in Dallas to witness the union of the Manos. Photographer and close friend Ephriam Fields of Fields Studios called me on the morning of the wedding to assist him in capturing some alternate angles for our mutual friends. I happily obliged and took advantage of the opportunity to photograph a storybook ceremony.
