although paperwork and paragraphs are boring, we STRONGLY urge all patrons to read through the policies! These are in place to ensure your experience with Greater Works is a pleasant one.
BOOKING & DEPOSITS
ALL jobs require a MINIMUM of 50% nonrefundable deposit before work begins. Jobs $50 and under can be paid in full before work begins. Deposits will go towards final balance. Full payment is due before receiving final approved art files.

PROJECT INFORMATION
All information is due upfront to assure project is completed by your desired date. Example: for flyers, provide information such as title, colors, photos, logos, time, date and place. All text for any job should be spell checked and read thoroughly for punctuation and sentence structure. For drawings, provide a CLEAR and quality reference to draw from. For the sake of our standard of work, we reserve the right to refuse a portrait drawing if quality image cannot be provided.
REVISIONS & PROOFING
All projects are flat rate in price but shall not exceed 2 revisions after first proof is sent. This is to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. Before approving art files, it is the responsibility of the customer to proofread and examine the project. Final files will be emailed in their respective formats with Greater Works Gallery watermarks removed. After approval from customer, no changes may be made to the file.
TURNAROUND
Average turnaround for a project is 4-7 business days, granted the information required is provided upon booking. Please note that Greater Works Gallery, LLC does not complete rush projects! Turnaround also depends on the nature of the project. Certain works, such as drawings, brands, logos or photography will take a bit longer due to technical aspects of the work. In all instances, customers will be notified with periodic updates. The preferred method of communication is email. This keeps both parties accountable and is also a friendly and professional way to stay in touch consistently and have a trail of reference for any changes or dialogue throughout the process.
PRODUCTION
We realize that all customers have different budgets & knowledge of printing capabilities and print standards. It is for this reason that Greater Works Gallery, LLC will not print works. Production is left at the discretion of the customer to find the quality and pricing that best suits your needs. We do however have a list of vendors to recommend.
NO CALL NO SHOW
Failure to follow up with a job that has been started will result in cancellation. Not showing up for photography sessions may result in not being able to do further business with Greater Works Gallery.
